Principal
Catherine Green
Catherine Green started her career in technology marketing in the Silicon Valley. After receiving her BA from Stanford University, she worked at Madge Networks, a high-growth start-up that went public during her four years there. Catherine then went on to get an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. While at Berkeley she interned at Intel Corporation in the mobile marketing department.
After business school, Catherine joined Calista Inc, a technology start-up in the IP-Telephony space, There, she was part of an executive team that took the company to successful acquisition by Cisco Systems, developing and writing the company's strategy and business plan for the acquisition.
Then while at Cisco, Catherine managed major product launches and million dollar promotional campaigns. She also coordinated a company-wide website redesign and started a web analytics program.
Subsequently, Catherine continued her career as Director of Social Media at Dotster in Portland Oregon, overseeing multi-million dollar e-commerce websites. Then, she worked as VP of Marketing at Mavenlink, an Irvine-based growth firm in the Software as a Service (SAAS) space.
Catherine is a trained executive coach and an experienced public speaker. She has lived in Europe and Latin America; speaks French and Spanish; is an author, a vocal trainer, and a professional singer. In addition, Catherine has provided consulting services for over a decade, founding Greenway Marketing in 2004 as a vehicle to grow small businesses.
Most of all, Catherine is an entrepreneur and a pragmatic business leader, who's dedication to her clients comes through in everything she does to help make them successful.
